Color and painting for homes workshop

The Oil City Main Street Program will host an educational workshop titled “Balancing Then and Now: Color and Painting for Historic Buildings and Homes” from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday March 27, in the basement meeting room of the Oil City Library, 2 Central Ave.  The workshop is an initiative of the revitalization group’s design committee and is being presented by professional color consultant, Barbara Pierce of CJ Hurley Century Arts.

The March 27 workshop is open to homeowners, business owners, commercial property owners, design/historic architecture enthusiasts, or anyone interested in the topic.  Admission is free, however advance registration by Friday, March 23, is appreciated.
