Banana Breakfast Shake

Servings: 2 (6 ounces milk per serving)

1 1/2 cups fat free or low fat dairy milk
1 frozen medium banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
cinnamon, for garnish (optional)

In blender container, combine dairy milk, banana, vanilla extract and almond extract. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.

Pour into two glasses and garnish with sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired.
