Many runners and walkers took advantage of beautiful weather Saturday, June 11, to participate in the Paul Richey Memorial 5K and Half Marathon. The event took place at the Samuel Justus Trail in Oil City. Richey was a Franklin High School graduate and a respected PA state trooper. He was killed in the line of duty in 2010. The PR Run was created to remember and honor him. All proceeds of the event benefit the Franklin and Oil City YMCAs. (Photos by Bryce Cornell)
